Join us as Fred Rodríguez Segarra, board member of the Sociedad Puertorriqueña de Genealogía and longtime friend of our group, presents “From Cabo Rojo to San Francisco” — a journey tracing Puerto Rican roots across generations and geography. After the presentation, we will have a lively discussion and members will share their own brick walls and breakthroughs.

Fred Rodríguez Segarra is a board member of the Sociedad Puertorriqueña de Genealogía and a longtime friend of the Puerto Rican Genealogy Group. His presentation traces a family’s journey from the western coast of Puerto Rico to San Francisco, illustrating the research strategies and record types that can help you follow your own ancestors across borders.
