A Conversation with Dr. Antonio Sotomayor
Join us for an informal interview with Dr. Antonio Sotomayor, followed by an opportunity for questions from the group. Dr. Sotomayor will talk about his research methods, Puerto Rican archival sources, genetic genealogy, and the colonial family networks he has studied.
Special Presentation
Dr. Antonio Sotomayor is a historian, genealogist, and Latin American and Caribbean Studies Librarian at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His work combines traditional genealogical research, historical context, archival records, and genetic genealogy. Learn more on his website, asotomayor.com.
