Meeting Schedule
Our meetings are held virtually to accommodate members across different time zones. Check back for upcoming meeting dates and topics.
How to Register
Our meetings are hosted on Zoom. Follow these steps to register and receive your meeting link.
Step 1: Complete the Registration Form
On the Zoom registration page, fill out the three required fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address (make sure this is accurate — your meeting link will be sent here)
Then click the Register button at the bottom of the form.
Step 2: Get Your Meeting Link
After clicking Register, the process is automated:
- Instant Confirmation: You will be redirected to a “Registration Successful” page that contains the meeting link immediately.
- Email Delivery: Zoom will also send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
- The Connection Link: Inside that email, look for a button or link labeled “Join Meeting.” This is a unique link tied to your registration.
- Calendar Integration: The email includes links to add the event to your Google, Outlook, or Yahoo calendar, which will also save the connection link for easy access later.
Tip: If you don’t see the confirmation email within a few minutes of registering, check your Spam or Junk folder — automated registration emails are sometimes filtered there.
